The last few days have been a whirlwind. The photos below tell the story:
-Dryland training on deck at Morcom
-Training with the "power towers" - using water in tanks for resistance with bands
-Mock meet races
-Team building exercise at Lake Bradford on the FSU campus
-Kids in costume for fun, including all of the "twins"
-Visit from three massage therapists for treatment before the meet
-Thursday, the bus broke down (twice) and we quickly replaced it with a new bus company
-Food, food and more food. Only thing that the swimmers do more of than eat is drink milk. We go through four gallons of milk a day.
-A stop at Publix for meet snacks
-A last hug for our hero, Kim Hinckley, Aquatics Director at Morcom who hosted us! We love you, Kim!!!
Sunday we head home for Tampa following the meet. This has been our best camp ever. Thanks for your continuing interest and support of TBAY!!!
